Some German maybe vocal snippet? I don't know. A nasal synth lead riff and scratchy samples. The beat has some of those inverted envelope hits that make it sound like it's been inflated with a pump. Most people feel like heavy synths don't fit well with hip hop style beats, and hell maybe they're right, or at least I can't make it work that well, but sure as hell I will keep trying.
