I wrote the first version of this track during a strange time in my life when everything seemed very quiet and good but I still felt very unhappy. I tried very hard to understand why and work on my shit, working out, meditating, telling myself things were not that bad and they were actually quite good.

Now that we've all been going through it for a while and things are definitely worse I put this up to remind me once again that it is what it is and they're really kinda good when you look at it.
